The following terms and conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the nwtn browser extension and associated services (collectively, the "Service") provided by nwtn ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of all of the terms and conditions contained herein.
The Service facilitates an interactive chat interface featuring a Language and Learning Model ("LLM") agent for the primary purpose of assisting user queries related to websites. Each user subscription plan is subjected to a maximum of one hundred (100) messages per day. Exceeding this limitation may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the Service.
Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Service or its API for any unauthorized, illicit, or unethical activities. Any deviation from the intended use, including but not limited to asking questions related to websites, shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.
A non-refundable fee of forty US dollars ($40) will be charged on a monthly basis for users subscribing to the Pro Plan. Failure to remit payment shall result in immediate termination of Service access.
Users may terminate their subscription via the settings within the extension. For account deletion, users must send an explicit email request to support@nwtn.app. Once an account is deleted, the user relinquishes all rights to any stored information and forfeits all data associated with the account.
All disputes arising in connection with the Service will be determined solely at the discretion of nwtn. Users expressly waive any rights to challenge such decisions.
The Company makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Service. The Company shall not be subject to liability for the truth, accuracy, or completeness of any information conveyed to the user or for errors, mistakes, or omissions therein or for any delays or interruptions of the data or information stream from whatever cause.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to amend these Terms of Service at any time. All amendments will be effective immediately upon notification within the app. Your continued use of the Service following such notification will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
